Refund / Cancellation Policy

General Policy

All digital purchases on SwipeFans are generally final and non-refundable.

This includes:

• Subscriptions

• Tips

• Paid messages

• PPV content

• Bundles and livestream access

Subscriptions

Users may cancel subscriptions at any time:

• Cancellation stops future billing

• Users retain access until end of billing period

• No partial refunds are issued for unused time

No Refund Rule

Due to the digital nature of content delivery:

• All transactions are final once processed

• Refunds are not issued for change of mind or dissatisfaction

  Consumer Rights

  Nothing in this Policy limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

Chargebacks

Chargebacks may result in:

• Account suspension or review

• Creator payout reversal

• Application of risk reserves

Fraud Protection

We may deny refunds if:

• Fraud is suspected

• Abuse is detected

• Payment disputes are abusive or repeated

Exceptions

Refunds may only be issued:

• Where required by applicable law

• At SwipeFans’ sole discretion in verified error cases
