By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Strict Age Requirement

  • Every individual appearing in creator content must be verified as 18+ and must provide documented consent before content may be uploaded or monetized.

  • Any misrepresentation of age is a material violation of this Policy and the Terms of Service.

  • Accounts suspected of being underage will be immediately suspended pending investigation.

Creator Verification (Mandatory KYC)

All Creators must complete identity and age verification before monetization is enabled.

Verification may include:

  • Government-issued photo ID

  • Selfie / biometric liveness check

  • Proof of legal name and date of birth

  • Tax and payout verification documents (where required)

We reserve the right to reject or suspend verification at our discretion.

Record Retention

Verification data is securely stored and retained for:

  • Legal compliance

  • Fraud prevention

  • AML obligations

  • Platform safety enforcement

  • Ongoing Verification

    SwipeFans reserves the right to conduct additional verification reviews at any time where necessary to:

    • investigate fraud;

    • verify identity;

    • investigate account transfers;

    • respond to legal requests;

    • comply with regulatory obligations; or

    • maintain Platform safety.

  • Account Ownership

    Verified accounts are personal to the verified individual and may not be sold, transferred, leased, shared, assigned, or otherwise made available to another person.

Zero Tolerance Policy

SwipeFans enforces a zero-tolerance policy for:

  • Underage content

  • Suspected underage users

  • Attempts to bypass age verification

Violations result in:

  • Immediate account termination

  • Forfeiture of earnings

  • Reporting to law enforcement where required

Third-Party Verification Providers

We may use trusted verification providers for identity validation, biometric checks, and fraud prevention.
